Supporting therapists and helpers to stay in this work without losing themselves.

I built ReLit because

I lived what you're

carrying.

I'm Stacey Steele a Registered Psychologist,

EMDR Consultant, Yoga Therapist and trauma-focused clinician.

I created ReLit Practice because the conversation

clinicians need most is the one no one is having out loud.

The ReLit Practice is an evidence-based, schema informed,

and grounded in lived experience model that uses an

intuitive five-pillar method designed to restore your energy

and reignite your joy.

Recognize & Release, Repair & Rewire, Redesign, Restore, and Relight.

I've been where you are...

And I've sat where you're sitting, skilled, credentialed, genuinely committed to my clients, and wondering how much longer I could sustain it. The back-to-back sessions with no decompression time. The admin pile that never shrinks. The professional mask you wear so well that even your colleagues don't know how depleted you actually are.

I became a mom young, returned to school as a single parent, and built a career I'd dreamed of. But passion overshadowed the red flags, systems rewarding productivity over healing, and internal patterns fueling the overgiving. I built programs, reduced waitlists, and on the outside I was living the dream but it was slowing killing me.

I believed I had failed, not that the system had failed me.

The wake-up call I'd been hitting snooze on for years finally landed. I had to redefine success from performance to presence, from productivity to sustainable practice.

I wasn't looking for more self-care tips. I was looking for someone who understood the actual mechanics of what was happening and could name it without making it a personal failing.

That's what ReLit Practice is built to be.

Now I live what I teach. I've spent thousands of hours helping people deconstruct old patterns , not to become better versions of themselves, but to return to who they truly are. That's the work I bring to clinicians: healing doesn't happen in hustle. It happens in rhythm, presence, and connection.

"Finally, someone talking about clinician sustainability who actually sounds like a clinician. No gimmicks. No generic self care tips. Just honest, grounded, evidence-based work." Counselling psychologist, 9 years in practice

I'm Stacey...

I can't live without my morning coffee and afternoon diet Coke. I've been known to drop a well timed F bomb and fall asleep during movies (or so my kids tell me!). I love yoga and trash TV the same.

And I believe, I KNOW, that

your wellbeing matters as much as your clients' healing.

Burnout recovery doesn't require you to lower your clinical standards or step back from the work you were called to do.

It requires rebuilding the way you work so that clinical excellence and your own sustainability stop being in opposition.

That's the work ReLit is here to support.
