Next Circle April 14th

You hold space for others but where do you go when you need it held for you?

A grounded monthly gathering for therapists who want to stay in this work without losing themselves, while navigating burnout, moral strain, and the emotional weight of practice inside demanding systems.

Each session includes:

• Guided grounding and regulation practices

• Brief teaching tied to a ReLit Practice™ pillar (topics such as naming your experience, schemas that keep us stuck, nervous system repair, building a sustainable practice, and clinical excellence to name a few!)

• Reflection questions

• Optional discussion

Who is this for?

Psychologists, counsellors, social workers, and therapists across public systems, agencies, and private practice who are navigating:

• Burnout and emotional exhaustion

• Moral injury and ethical strain

• Nervous system overload

• Over-responsibility and self-abandonment

• Loss of meaning in clinical work

When you register, you’ll receive:

• Access to the live Reset Circle and replay

• Reflection worksheet + replay access

• Immediate access to the Reset Checklist

• Subscription to the ReLit Practice™ newsletter (unsubscribe anytime)

By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the participation guidelines below.

Attendance, Safety & Participation Guidelines

The ReLit Reset Circle™ is a live group experience designed to feel grounded, intentional, and supportive.

  • It is not therapy or clinical supervision, but an informal peer gathering for grounding, reflection, and professional connection.

  • Attendance is not capped, however facilitation prioritizes psychological safety, respectful dialogue, and thoughtful engagement. We aim to create a brave space where participants are invited to share honestly while remaining mindful of impact and shared responsibility.

  • Sharing is always optional. Due to time constraints, opportunities to speak may be limited during each session.

  • Participants are encouraged to respect privacy and confidentiality within the group, though confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting.

  • Some topics may involve emotional content related to clinical work and burnout. Please attend to your own well-being and seek additional support if needed.

  • ReLit Practice™ reserves the right to remove any participant from a session if behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purpose of the gathering.

  • Sessions may be recorded to provide replay access to registered participants only. Cameras and microphones are always optional.
